Stronger International Presence at Food&HotelVietnam2011

Vietnam's leading biennial international food and hospitality trade show, Food&HotelVietnam, will return from 28 - 30 September 2011. Organised by Singapore Exhibition Services (SES) and Vietnam partner VCCI Exhibition Service, the event will see over 360 exhibiting companies from 30 countries and regions gather at the Saigon Exhibition & Convention Center (SECC) to showcase the latest products and services from the food and hospitality industry. With just one pavilion in 2009, Korea will boast a total of seven pavilions at Food&HotelVietnam2011. As the global economy heads back on track, Vietnam and Korea plan to boost two-way trade to $20 billion by the year 2015. While these plans are in place, Korea's food industry has looked towards business expansion beyond native borders, with foreign markets emerging as key growth engines for food companies. Food&HotelVietnam2011 serves as an invaluable platform for Korean companies to gain visibility in the local market, showcase their products to Vietnamese trade visitors and network with potential business partners. With a larger presence than in 2009, visitors can expect to see a wider range of exhibits and harness trade opportunities over the three days. "Vietnam has recovered tremendously from the global financial crisis. The country's hotels had one of the best years last year on record with the number of domestic and foreign tourists reaching a new high. Leading international hoteliers have also made plans to significantly increase the number of rooms by 2012 while international supermarket brands are looking to making inroads into the Vietnamese market due to consumer demands," said Ms. Ting Siew Mui, Project Director for Food&HotelVietnam from SES. The Vietnam Barista Competition will be back for its second edition at Food&HotelVietnam2011. With the success of its inaugural competition in 2009, the Vietnam Barista Competition continues to be the premiere platform for local baristas to showcase their expertise and creativity and fight for the title of Vietnam's top barista. Organised by SES and Kerry Ingredients, the competition will take place in front of a 'live' audience, where competitors have to create an espresso, cappuccino with latte art and blended signature coffee beverage, which will be judged by a panel of international experts.

This coffee machine has been in the market for a while now and I have been trying to look if this would make a great coffee maker.

At first I have always saw this in the mall and I thought that this is a travel coffee maker that will make coffee but the coffee would be below par.

People that I have known knows that I have a very strict requirement for coffee as I always want my coffee to be really good and taste like it came from the coffee shop.

I have always believed that having coffee is like relaxing so when you relax, everything has to be really good and to have that quality you need to have a great tasting cup of coffee.

So I gave the mypressi a try and at first I did not believe that it would be able to produce a great cup of coffee, but I was wrong.

Upon using it, I was really amazed at how awesome the coffee turned out to be and that the quality is like it came from a big espresso machine.

I recommend this to all coffee lovers.
