The reason I think this would be that my Cube seems to have some issues it has recently picked up, when I connect a memory stick or another device to my keyboard USB hub or the back of my ADC monitor, the hubs die, they will sit for ages and eventually the hub will just shut off. With the ADC monitor the ports on the back cut out but the monitor remains on and functional, on the keyboard the USB ports stop functioning along with the entire keyboard, the Cube needs to be restarted for the USB hubs to work again, I don't think its an issue with the slave USB devices because I have tried lots of different things like my phone, 2 memory sticks and an external disk drive, although its not USB powered. I believe the problem is power because this happens more frequently when I am listening to music on the Cubes original speakers, although it sometimes happens when am just web browsing. Other issues include the Cubes speakers get 'out-of-puff' earlier than they used to at about 85 - 95% volume, they start crackling etc. Also when listening to music at high volume the power light flashes with the sound as if it hasn't enough power to maintain the light full voltage at the same time as high volume music. The voltage travels a path through numerous connections: from the power supply to the cube jack, to the video riser, to the video card, to the ADC connector, to the display main board, to the USB ports.
